Two people in separate cars simultaneously recorded this action-packed sighting of a group of wild canines pursuing impalas with hippos and hyenas intervening! Rogan Roams as well as Francois Pienaar!
We immediately headed there after hearing on the radio that there were dogs on the asphalt road. We were happy when we found the dogs, but we had no idea what was going to happen.
HOW THE FUN BECOMES THE REAL WAR:
There was a flutter of anticipation when we first spotted the small impala in the water because we may witness a successful chase, but my heart broke as I watched it desperately try to find a way out. It serves as a painful reminder of how ferocious the wild can be.
The dog eventually took the impala by the head and pulled it underwater while the hippo drew closer and tried to catch the dog. At that point, the action had reached its peak.
